Return policy

We cancel before the product is shipped or produced
accept order. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund from us. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
Product returns accepted. Customers have the right to apply for return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Must also be in original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Consumers pay a restocking fee when returning products and are charged a 30% penalty (including service fee)
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been inspected and inspected, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We verify your notification of approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment on your account for an amount.
Delay or failure to refund (if applicable)
